Who are you and what made you open a healthy food shop in Qatar?

We are two sisters who are  passionate about living a healthy lifestyle and were brought up with a  strong belief in giving back and paying it forward. Having found it difficult to obtain healthy food items in Qatar to support our lifestyle- either due to their high costs or the lack of availability of these products in Qatar- we decided to take the risk of opening up a store that provides good quality, affordable healthy products. 

What makes your store different?

All the products that we have are hand-picked by us, we extensively research all of our products personally and would not sell anything that we wouldn't use ourselves.

Since we believe that everyone has the right to have access to and be educated about food and nutrition, we decided to incorporate our instilled 'giving back' belief as a main mission to the business. We dedicate 30% of our profits to charities focused on children's educations and food programs. 

We also try to choose products coming from small family businesses like us, and that are Fair Trade if possible.

What charities or programs do you support?

You can find out more about the initiatives we support on our M.A.D page . However, if you also have charities in mind that you want to look at please contact us on contact@pantry.qa and we will look into them.

How do I make an order?         

Very simple! Choose the products that you would like by adding each one to your cart, and when you're done, just click Check Out and voila!

Do you sell supplements?

No, at the moment we don't sell any supplements as we don't have the required licence from the Supreme Council of Health.

How can I learn more about a product?

Every product on our site has all the information you need, from the ingredients to it's benefits.

How can I make a payment?

Payments are all made by cash. No credit cards or PayPal accounts needed.  Just have the amount of your order ready when you pick up your order or when we deliver it to you.

How can I receive my order?

You can pick up your order from our location (we will send you the details privately once your order is ready).

Do you deliver?

Deliveries are made by a third-party service and is available for orders of 300 QAR and over. Delivery charges depend on the area.

Where is your store located?

We currently do not have a physical location. We are operating as an online store for the time being. However, opening up an actual store is one of our future goals.

If you don't currently sell a product that I am looking for, can you order it for me?

If there is enough demand for a certain product we will definitely look into ordering it and making it a permanent item in our store.
