Damaged/Undamaged items

Our policy lasts 7 days from the date of receiving your product. If 7 days have gone by since receiving your goods, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange.

For an undamaged item to be be eligible for a refund/exchange, it must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return/exchange, please contact pantry by email at contact@pantry.qa or by phone at +974 3071 0107. We will need your order number (mentioned in the confirmation email sent to you upon checkout) as proof of purchase, as well as the reasons behind return/exchange. Your eligibility for a refund/exchange will then be inspected and the refund/exchange process will be explained to you.

Sale items
Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded/exchanged unless they are damaged.
